Your subscription is delivered in cooperation with our infrastructure partner Strong 8K. We share only the minimum data required to provision and maintain your service (such as activation credentials). Payment processors may receive billing details necessary to complete your transaction.

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide your subscription, handle refunds or disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of unnecessary personal data once your subscription has ended and any refund window has closed.
