Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GLORIOUSS IPTV subscriptions sold by Gloriouss. By ordering or using our service, you agree to the conditions below.

About GLORIOUSS IPTV

GLORIOUSS IPTV is a premium IPTV subscription brand operated by Gloriouss. We have sold IPTV subscriptions since 2019 and serve viewers across Europe and worldwide. Our service is delivered in cooperation with the Strong 8K streaming infrastructure.

The service

We provide access to live TV channels, sports, movies, and on-demand content streamed over the internet to compatible devices (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, and more). Channel availability and quality depend on your internet connection, device, and app. We strive for stable streaming but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Subscriptions and activation

Paid plans are available for 3, 6, or 12 months (with optional multi-screen bundles). After payment, we send activation details by email or WhatsApp, usually within minutes. Subscriptions are personal and must not be shared beyond the screen limit of your plan unless a multi-screen option was purchased.

Free trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test the service before purchasing. One trial per customer unless we approve otherwise. Abuse of trials (multiple accounts, automated requests) may result in refusal of service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly share login credentials unless you are an authorised reseller under our reseller program. You must not use the service for illegal activities. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Third-party apps

You need a compatible IPTV player app (such as IBO Player, SmartOne, or similar) to watch content. These apps are provided by third parties and are not owned by Gloriouss. We provide setup guidance but are not responsible for third-party app updates or store policies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Gloriouss is not liable for indirect losses, ISP outages, or device incompatibility. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
