We want you to be satisfied with GLORIOUSS IPTV. If the paid subscription does not work on your device after our support team has tried to help, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your paid subscription purchase, provided you contacted support and we could not resolve the issue on your device.
Refunds apply when activation fails, the service is unusable on your supported device after troubleshooting, or we cannot deliver the plan you paid for. Refunds do not apply after the 7-day period, if credentials were shared in violation of our terms, or if the issue is caused by your internet provider or incompatible unofficial apps.

Free trials are not charged and are not eligible for refunds. If you used part of a paid period successfully before requesting a refund, we may offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion.
